Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our products (Protocols, Systems, and Blueprints), all sales are final. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is complete.

Exceptions: We want you to succeed. If you encounter any technical issues with the file (e.g., download errors, corrupted files), please contact our support team at care@balance-lab.co within 7 days of purchase. We will ensure you receive a working copy of your product immediately.
